Feb 22-24 Conference on Ecclesiology
Most churches have their elections at the end of the year or the beginning of the new year, so we pray this timing is helpful. We held sessions on the biblical roles and responsibilities of pastors and other officers. Also, we provided time and space for each church’s team to prayerfully strategize their ministry plan for the year with advice and council if requested. It is interesting that as we have surveyed ministry personnel about preferred conference topics, this topic and type of conference has been a recurring suggestion.
Dr. William Senn holds a Master of Divinity, Doctor of Ministry as well as an honorary Doctor of Divinity. Pastor Senn's first pastorate was at University Baptist Church in Clemson, SC from 1984 - 2002. In July 2002 Pastor Senn became senior pastor at Tri-City Baptist Church. Pastor Senn is also the founder and president of Cross Impact Campus Ministries and serves on several college and mission boards.

Christy has faced the divorce of her parents, the miscarriage of nine babies, being a military wife with her husband being killed in action, becoming a blended family with a widowed pastor and his seven children, breast cancer, and the death of her father. She looks forward to sharing with us how to successfully deal with trauma and find God’s comfort and His peace that passes understanding. She will also help us prepare to comfort and minister to others through their difficult trials. This will be a valuable conference for women in church leadership positions.
